Designation – Expert Insurance Operations

Experience – 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Job location – Pune, Maharashtra

1. Strong experience in end-to-end policy admin and claims processing within the US Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
2. Hands-on expertise across the complete claim’s lifecycle, including:

Policy Admin:

• New Business processing
• Endorsement processing
• Underwriting Support
• Policy Issuance

Claims:

• First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
• Claim Validation
• Claim Assessment & Investigation
• Claim Adjudication and Decision Making
• Claim Approval, Settlement, and Closure

• Experience in Premium Audit processes will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of underwriting, policy administration, or other Property & Casualty insurance operations is desirable.
• Candidates with relevant insurance domain certifications will be preferred.
• Must be Willing to work in US shifts, including night shifts.
