This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with AI-powered creative tools, transforming ideas into compelling visual assets, and developing engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms. As an AI Creative Designer, you will collaborate with marketing, product, branding, and content teams to create visually impactful campaigns, product creatives, social media content, presentations, advertisements, and digital assets. You will leverage AI-assisted design platforms to accelerate workflows while maintaining high standards of creativity, consistency, and brand identity. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Design high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media platforms, presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, and branding initiatives. - Utilize AI-powered creative tools to generate concepts, illustrations, image enhancements, layouts, and design variations while ensuring originality and brand consistency. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and translate ideas into engaging visual experiences. - Develop creative concepts, storyboards, mockups, banners, infographics, and promotional materials that align with business goals. - Maintain and evolve brand identity across all customer-facing communications. - Create visually appealing assets for both online and offline marketing initiatives. - Optimize creative workflows using AI technologies to improve productivity, speed, and design quality. - Edit, retouch, and enhance images using industry-standard design software and AI-assisted editing platforms. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI innovations, and emerging creative technologies to continuously improve design output. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and product launches. - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills - Strong proficiency in creative design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling. - Experience working with professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar). - Good understanding of digital design, social media creatives, marketing collateral, UI graphics, and presentation design. - Ability to create engaging visual content that effectively communicates ideas and enhances user engagement. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative work. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in deadline-driven environments. Good-to-Have Skills - Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Canva AI, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of prompt engineering for generating creative assets. - Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or AI-assisted animation. - Familiarity with basic UI/UX design concepts. - Understanding of branding strategy and digital marketing design. - Awareness of emerging trends in generative AI and creative automation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline. - 2–8 years of experience in creative design, digital design, visual communication, or related roles. - A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, branding work, digital campaigns, and AI-assisted design work is highly preferred.
