Job Description: HR Employee Partner

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, people-centric HR Employee Partner to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our employees and internal stakeholders, driving engagement, managing daily HR operations, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

Role Specifications

Position Title: HR Employee Partner / HR Business Partner

Experience Range: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Mumbai, India

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Shift Timing: General Shift (9 working hours per day)

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management

  • Onboarding & Induction: Own and execute the end-to-end employee induction process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and utilize data to generate insight-driven HR reports.
  • Process Management: Manage daily HR operations, queries, and employee lifecycle movements.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute internal company events, celebrations, and town halls.
  • Team Building: Design and drive team-building initiatives to enhance employee morale, collaboration, and retention.
  • Feedback Loops: Conduct regular pulse surveys and check-ins to monitor workplace sentiment.

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to understand their people requirements and address team challenges.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary HR point of contact for internal 'clients' (business units), ensuring their operational needs align with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or Employee Engagement role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to articulate complex HR ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, charts) and Microsoft PowerPoint (creating impactful presentations for leadership updates).

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills

  • Strong background in hosting, anchoring, or managing large corporate events.
  • Prior experience managing senior stakeholders or navigating cross-functional client demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
