Responsibilities:
Responsible
for embedding SAFe ways of working across the SAP S/4HANA program. Duties
include coaching ARTs, RTEs, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership on
Lean-Agile principles, PI planning, scrum-of-scrums, and continuous delivery.
The SAFe Agile Coach is an advocate for adherence to SAFe practices and drives
alignment across business units, vendors, and ART teams. The Coach communicates
with program stakeholders to understand maturity needs and develops coaching
plans to address them. The Agile Coach also maintains insight into Lean-Agile
best practices, trends, and tooling, and determines coaching and uplift
strategies.
• Coach ART leadership, Product
Management, RTEs, and Scrum Masters on SAFe roles and responsibilities
• Plan, facilitate, and
continuously improve PI planning events at scale
• Lead scrum-of-scrums and ART
sync ceremonies to manage cross-team dependencies
• Establish Lean-Agile metrics
(predictability, flow, quality) and coach teams toward improvement
• Coach Product Owners and
Business Analysts on backlog refinement and acceptance criteria
• Drive team-of-teams maturity
assessments and uplift roadmaps
• Coach Agile engineering
practices: CI/CD, test automation, DevOps for SAP
• Facilitate Inspect & Adapt
workshops and root-cause problem-solving sessions
• Mentor RTEs on impediment
management, risk handling, and ART health
• Embed value-stream thinking and
Lean Portfolio Management practices
• Tailor SAFe practices to SAP
delivery context (configuration vs. development streams)
• Build internal Agile champion
communities and coaching bench strength
• 10 to 15+ years of Agile
delivery experience with a bachelor's degree in business, sciences or
engineering
• Subject Matter Expertise in
SAFe (SPC/SA preferred), PI planning, scrum-of-scrums, and large-scale SAP
S/4HANA delivery
• Strong understanding of
Business Processes, Solution Manager, and Leading practices
• Creating business strategy,
business process definition and design thinking approaches
• Facilitating design sessions
with small to large groups through challenging discussions
• Serve as the solution lead on
strategic initiatives. Prepare and provide input to plans and staffing models,
cost estimates, and project deliverables. Work with large cross-functional
teams.
• Ability to work through and
solve complex problems and deal with ambiguity on changing environments, learn
quickly and teach others
• Develop solutions to complex
problems, which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
• Ensure analytics solutions are
consistent with organization objectives and global design.
• Lead and/or participate in
cross-functional analytics driven business improvement initiatives
• Evaluate business solutions and
lead the selection of the best solution with the highest benefit
• Relationship Management -
Partner and collaborate with project teams and client users.

• Document clear and complete
requirements for complex solutions
• Analyze current customer
investments on S/4HANA solutions and platforms and provide futuristic roadmap

The consultant
will work on a project aimed at GDM Design & Build and Global Rollouts. The
ideal candidate should have experience in handling clients' requirements is
essential.
• Conduct global and site-level
workshops to elicit requirements, validate design, and drive alignment
• Travel to manufacturing sites
and business locations to understand site-specific constraints, validate design
assumptions, and support deployments
• Collaborate closely with
BPOs/FILs and super user groups to align global template with business needs
and operational realities
• Train and actively engage
BPOs/FILs and super users on tools, and standard ways of working
• Orchestrate SIT/UAT sessions,
manage user coordination, and assess/mitigate business change and adoption
impacts
