Job description
Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and field visits.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients for ERP solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, software demonstrations, and product presentations.
  • Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and close business opportunities within defined timelines.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the implementation, functional, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM/Bitrix updates, and sales reports.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, AMC renewals, and additional software solutions.
  • Handle client queries and escalations professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events whenever required.
