Role Summary :
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Strategic Portfolio Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform customization, workflows, integrations, and SPM modules.
The role involves working closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications.
- Develop solutions across Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Agile Development, and Investment Funding modules.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, workflows, and platform configurations.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and reusable components.
- Build integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Configure forms, workflows, approvals, notifications, dashboards, reports, and automation.
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles.
- Support deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments using Update Sets.
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, QA teams, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously enhance platform performance and stay updated with new ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
