ServiceNow Experience : 8+ yrs

GRC/IRM Experience : 4+ yrs

- Lead the development of configurations and customizations across GRC/IRM modules.

- Build workflows, form designs, UI actions, ACLs, client/server scripts, notifications, data models, and integrations.

- Develop high-quality scripts (JavaScript, Glide API) and reusable components.

- Guide and mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Work with the architect to interpret technical designs and ensure accurate implementation.

- Conduct code reviews and provide hands-on technical oversight.

- Support sprint planning, estimation, and task breakdown.

- Work with functional teams and business users to translate requirements into development tasks.

- Support test cycles (ITT/UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Prepare and maintain documentation for builds, configurations, and release notes.

- Certification : CSA, CAD, GRC - IRM, CIS - RC

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to SecOps is an advantage.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- 8+ years of hands-on development experience on ServiceNow.

- 4+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Client/Server scripting.

- Experience working with TPRM, Vendor Risk, Policy & Compliance, Exceptions, and related workflows.

- Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP), data models, ACLs, and notifications.

- Knowledge on ITSM processes.

- Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and Performance Analytics indicators.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
