About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and clinically competent Consultant Psychiatrist who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care and wishes to grow with an ambitious healthcare organization. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern outpatient setting alongside psychologists and a multidisciplinary team while contributing to the development of a scalable mental healthcare model. Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. - Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions across age groups. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on current evidence and best practices. - Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications appropriately. - Work collaboratively with psychologists and other healthcare professionals. - Maintain accurate electronic medical records. - Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment. - Uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. - Contribute to patient education initiatives and mental health awareness programs. - Conditions Commonly Managed - Depression - Anxiety Disorders - OCD - Bipolar Disorder - Schizophrenia & Psychotic Disorders - Child & Adolescent Mental Health - De-addiction & Substance Use Disorders - Sleep Disorders - Psychosexual Disorders - Geriatric Psychiatry - Qualifications - MBBS - MD / DNB Psychiatry - Valid Medical Council Registration Fresh specialists as well as experienced psychiatrists are welcome to apply.
