Hiring: Creative Head | Hanu Reddy Odyssey | Chennai Position: Creative Head Company: Hanu Reddy Odyssey Location: Mylapore, Chennai Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Experience: 5+ years in Creative Design, Branding, Advertising, or a related field Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (CTC) (Based on experience, portfolio, and interview performance.) About Hanu Reddy Odyssey Hanu Reddy Odyssey is a premium lifestyle and experiences company specializing in luxury travel, destination weddings, events, hospitality, and curated experiences. We are looking for a visionary Creative Head to lead our creative team and ensure every brand communication reflects innovation, quality, and excellence. Job Summary The Creative Head will lead the overall creative vision of Hanu Reddy Odyssey across all business verticals. This role is responsible for conceptualizing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, guiding the creative team, and ensuring high-quality execution of all creative assets. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Creative Department, including graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators. - Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives. - Review, approve, and finalize all creative assets before publication. - Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, social media, events, and marketing materials. - Brainstorm and develop innovative campaign concepts for all Hanu Reddy Odyssey verticals. - Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Social Media, and Business teams to create impactful campaigns. - Guide the team on design quality, visual storytelling, and creative direction. - Manage creative timelines, priorities, and project delivery. - Stay updated on industry trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies. - Mentor and develop the creative team through regular feedback and performance guidance. - Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, printers, and production vendors whenever required. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role. - Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, social media, and campaign work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent creative tools. - Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual communication. - Excellent leadership, project management, and team management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Experience in hospitality, luxury, events, travel, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
