Junior Executive - Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative, energetic Graphic Designer with 1 - 2 years of experience who is passionate about crafting impactful visual communication across digital, print, and social media.

In this role, you'll work on a diverse range of brand and marketing projects - from social content and digital campaigns to print collateral and creative concepts. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with execution while consistently delivering high-quality work on time.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout, embraces a clean, minimal design aesthetic, and is naturally curious with a passion for research, trends, and innovation. You should enjoy generating fresh ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and turning concepts into compelling visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the design "brief" to record requirements.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software, motion graphics tools, and generative AI platforms to develop concepts.
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, and key stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging AI creative workflows to continuously improve output quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven graphic designing experience of 1-2 yrs.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe design & video editing tools, Generative AI tools)
• Professionalism regarding time and deadlines
• Must possess good interpretational skills, attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable and strong work ethic.
• Looking for a pro-active and dynamic candidate who is a self-starter, individual contributor, and team player.

Qualification: Under Graduation in Visual Communication or Certified diploma in Design & Motion Graphics
