Job Description
1. RMPA - Relationship Manager - Premium Accounts
Acquisition of High End Current / Savings Accounts through open market along with cross selling of other products of the Bank.
New to bank acquisition of high end current accounts through open market lead generation and closure of target CASA in a month
Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML
Ensure successful onboarding of customer for a smooth transition to branch banking team.
Activation of customer – Ensure that customer maintains required balances & starts transactions in his accounts (within M1 & Q1), 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB, 75% penetration of internet banking, 50% penetration of DSB.
Activities for lead generation
Cross sell – Lead generation/ basic enquiry, liaising with Branch Manager & product teams
(RBL, trade, FX, CMS/DSB etc.) to offer right business solutions to the customer

2.Relationship Manager-Signature Banking
To generate revenue, from sourcing new to bank relationships from identified verticals and by cross selling of wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.
Increasing the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio size through, deepening and new acquisition.
2. Revenue generation through cross sell of business banking and wealth products like Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets etc.
Qualification:Graduate
Work experience: 5+ years
Any other Experience required: Relevant Business Banking / Wealth Management Experience in Banks, NBFC, brokerage House.
Relevant experience as below:Senior Relationship Manager – 6+ years Relationship Manager – 3 – 6 years

3. Preferred Current Account Management (PCAM / PCARM) - City Head
Refers to the city-level leadership position.
Team Leadership: Guiding, mentoring, and monitoring a team of Area Heads and relationship managers across a specific metropolitan city or urban hub.
Essential : Graduate with at least 50%
Preferred : MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Financial/Accounting/ Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Essential : 5+ years’ work experience in CA Acquisition, Business Banking, Trade Forex & Assets
Preferred : 5+ years’ experience in managing CA / CASA acquisition team.
Must have good understanding of CA, Trade & Forex, CMS and Asset products - CC, OD, TL, Export finance
Must possess good Excel and presentation skills.

4. NR RO / RM - Non-Resident Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager.
This is a client-facing sales and portfolio management role within the bank's Non-Resident Indian (NRI) banking division.
This is an NR acquisition role where the candidate has to do Open market Sourcing of NRI accounts for the clusters and also build alliance business through referral partners.Needs someone with NR acquisition background of minimum 1 or 2 years basic ask.
Cross Sell other banking products like GI /HI/LI to NR clients
Graduate, Minimum 1 year in NR Sales

Requirements

Minimum Qualification - Graduate, MBA Preferred
Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in Banking Sector
Should know the local language.
Must have own conveyance & Valid Driving License
Must possess good knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments for new to bank acquisition.

CTC : 05LPA to 20LPA Depending on position and experience.
RMPA: 5.25LPA
NR RO: 6 LPA
RM Signature : 8.5 LPA
PCAM : 8.5 LPA
