Job Title : Java Backend Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and core computer science fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and implement Microservices-based applications following industry best practices.

- Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Java (Core Java & Java 8/11/17).

- Expertise in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.

- Strong understanding and implementation of Microservices Architecture.

- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts and design principles.

- Hands-on experience with Multithreading and Java Concurrency.

- Good knowledge of Servlets and the Java web application lifecycle.

- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.

- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
