Job Title : Senior Associate - SailPoint Developer.

Are you an experienced SailPoint Developer with strong Java implementation expertise and a passion for Identity & Access Management (IAM)? Join PwC and work on enterprise-scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation projects.

Experience : 8+ Years.

Qualification : Any Graduate | Any Post Graduate | Any Diploma.

Mandatory Skills :

- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) OR SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

- Strong Java Implementation experience (Mandatory).

- Identity & Access Management (IAM).

- Application Onboarding.

- Identity Lifecycle Management (JML).

- Workflows, Rules & Transforms.

- Provisioning & De-provisioning.

- Excellent Communication Skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, configure, and support SailPoint ISC/IDN or IIQ solutions for enterprise environments.

- Develop and customize workflows, rules, transforms, and Java-based integrations.

- Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, approvals, role management, and certification campaigns.

- Perform application onboarding and integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, JDBC applications, Workday, ServiceNow, and REST/SOAP services.

- Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, aggregation jobs, and provisioning workflows.

- Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and Identity Governance controls.

- Participate in implementation, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and release management.

- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 8 - 15 years of IT experience with strong IAM implementation expertise.

- Hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) or SailPoint IIQ with mandatory Java development experience.

- Strong implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
