Are you an experienced Microsoft Entra ID & MFA professional with a strong background in enterprise identity modernization, implementation, and security? PwC is looking for talented professionals who have hands-on experience delivering large-scale Entra ID and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enablement projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, implement, test, and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID & MFA solutions in enterprise environments.

- Deliver end-to-end Entra ID and MFA enablement projects with a strong implementation focus.

- Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Passkeys, Microsoft Authenticator, Okta Verify, Duo Desktop, and related authentication solutions.

- Perform manual Entra Application Registration and support Kong API Gateway onboarding activities.

- Manage ServiceNow intake workflows and request fulfillment processes.

- Develop automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Microsoft Graph API.

- Collaborate with Identity, Security, Cloud, API, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure onboarding solutions.

- Perform testing, production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation.

Mandatory Skills :

- Microsoft Entra ID.

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

- Passkeys.

- Microsoft Authenticator.

- Okta Verify.

- Duo Desktop.

- Enterprise Identity Management.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 8+ years of enterprise IT experience.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Entra ID & MFA implementation projects.

- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID administration and configuration.

- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Microsoft Graph API automation, and Kong API onboarding.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.

- Entra ID / MFA-related Microsoft Certifications will be an added advantage.
