Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Agentic AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dev IT practices. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Microsoft Power Platform, and modern software development methodologies to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications and engineering workflows.
• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
• Build AI agents and integrate them with enterprise systems, APIs, SharePoint, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives.
• Apply Dev IT/DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, testing, and deployment automation.
• Develop reusable components, workflows, and dashboards using Power Platform technologies.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-enabled applications.
  
  

Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.

Work Experience

• Strong experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Copilot Studio.
• Working knowledge of Dev IT/DevOps tools and practices (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, REST APIs, and cloud integrations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or Microsoft AI stack.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to engineering, oil & gas, or industrial digital transformation projects is an added advantage.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications are preferred.
