Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to understand client business processes and implementation needs.
• Implement and configure TallyPrime based on client requirements.
• Create and configure company masters, ledgers, stock items, GST, TDS, payroll, banking, and other statutory modules.
• Perform data migration from legacy accounting software to TallyPrime.
• Install, set up, and configure TallyPrime at client locations or through remote support.
• Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals and implementation documentation.
• Perform software testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system configurations before Go-Live.
• Coordinate with the TDL Development team for software customizations and enhancements.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues within defined timelines.
• Assist clients with data backup, restoration, synchronization, and overall data management.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Support, Development, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain implementation reports, client documentation, and project status updates in CRM/Bitrix.
• Handle client queries and escalations professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest TallyPrime features, statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and accounting practices.
