Position: Project Manager SaaS / Software Implementation


Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning execution and successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management stakeholder engagement risk management and cross-functional team leadership. Candidates with hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects
  

• Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
  

• Coordinate with implementation development and support teams
  

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients
  

• Translate business needs into actionable project plans
  

• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery
  

• Manage risks dependencies and change requests
  

• Ensure quality control and testing before deployment
  

• Oversee workflow automation customization and integrations
  

• Maintain project documentation and reporting
  

• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
  

• Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover
  

• Support pre-sales team with technical insights when required
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  

• 510 years of proven experience managing technology digital transformation ERP CRM HRMS FINANCE or enterprise software implementation projects.
  

• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum Waterfall or Hybrid project delivery leadership and team coordination skills
  

• Excellent leadership communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Microsoft Project Asana or similar platforms.
  

• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP PRINCE2 PMI-ACP Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification.
  

• Experience managing enterprise application implementation and integration projects.
  

• Familiarity with business process automation workflow management and digital transformation initiatives.
