About the Role :

WillWare Technologies is seeking a talented Software Engineer Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to join its Digital Supply Chain Solutions (DSS) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Blue Yonder WMS (formerly JDA WMS) development, customization, and system integration, with strong expertise in MOCA, Java, and Oracle PL/SQL.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise WMS solutions for global clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile development, perform code reviews, develop system integrations, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable warehouse management solutions. Candidates with Blue Yonder WMS Integrator experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Blue Yonder WMS Development :

- Design, develop, customize, and support Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.

- Develop enhancements and customizations using MOCA Framework and Java.

- Configure and support Blue Yonder WMS modules based on business requirements.

- Participate in implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects for enterprise warehouse management systems.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations.

2. Application Development & Customization :

- Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Java, MOCA, and Oracle PL/SQL.

- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, and database objects.

- Develop reusable components while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Perform code optimization and application performance tuning.

3. System Integration :

- Design and develop integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and enterprise applications such as ERP, TMS, OMS, and third-party systems.

- Build and support interface solutions using Java and integration technologies.

- Work with RESTful services, JSON-based integrations, and messaging frameworks where applicable.

- Ensure reliable data exchange across integrated enterprise systems.

4. Support & Maintenance :

- Provide application support for production and client environments.

- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

- Participate in incident management, change requests, and enhancement activities.

- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

5. Code Quality & Documentation :

- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards.

- Follow software development best practices, coding guidelines, and documentation standards.

- Prepare technical design documents, implementation guides, and support documentation.

- Maintain version control using Git or SVN.

6. Agile Delivery :

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders.

- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.

- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives across development teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 to 7 years of software development experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS.

- Strong hands-on experience with MOCA, Java, and Oracle PL/SQL (mandatory).

- Experience developing and supporting Blue Yonder WMS Integrator solutions.

- Good understanding of warehouse management processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

- Experience with SQL Server, Git/SVN, and enterprise system integrations.

- Exposure to RESTful APIs, JSON, JavaScript, JIRA, and automated testing tools will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
