TelioLabs - Oracle BRM Tester - Telecom Domain

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Tester with strong Manual QA expertise and Telecom domain knowledge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) and related Oracle Communications applications. The candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end telecom order management and billing processes while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform Manual Testing for telecom applications across the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).

- Analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

- Validate Order-to-Cash and telecom Order Management workflows.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using JIRA.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

- Perform API testing using Postman and SOAP UI.

- Validate billing, charging, and provisioning integrations across Oracle Communications applications.

- Prepare test execution reports and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing within the Telecom domain.

- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and defect management processes.

- Good understanding of Telecom Order Management flow.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)

2. Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA/OEP)

3. Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM)

4. Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM)

5. Oracle Application Platform (OAP)

- Strong understanding of RODOD processes and implementations.

- Experience in preparing and executing test cases and maintaining test documentation.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. JIRA

2. Postman

3. SOAP UI

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Prior hands-on experience in RODOD/DBX implementations is mandatory.

- Telecom domain experience is mandatory.

- Experience testing Oracle BRM and Oracle Communications applications is mandatory.
