Who You'll Be Working For

You will be joining a UK-based company founded by Martin Warner, a renowned serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling successful technology ventures. The Role:

This is a full-time remote role for candidates based in India. You'll work directly with our UK-based leadership, product, and engineering teams on a product used by a global audience. Compensation is competitive within the Indian market and will be determined by your experience and expertise.

We are looking for a highly dynamic Paid Media Buyer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in mobile app install campaigns. This is a holistic, end-to-end growth role: you won't just buy media — you will craft the copy, create the creatives, and produce the videos that power your campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will own the full paid acquisition loop: strategy → creative production → campaign build → launch → optimisation → scale. If you need a designer, a copywriter, and an editor to launch a campaign, this role is not for you. If you can take an idea from concept to a live, converting app install campaign in 48 hours, we want to talk.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end paid acquisition for iOS and Android app installs across Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and TikTok.
• Plan, launch, manage, and scale App Install and App Event Optimisation campaigns with clear CPI, CPA, and ROAS targets.
• Write high-converting ad copy: hooks, headlines, primary text, and CTAs tailored to each platform and audience.
• Concept and produce ad creatives — static, motion, and short-form video (UGC-style, demo-led, hook-driven) — using modern creative and AI tooling.
• Run structured creative testing frameworks: rapid iteration on hooks, formats, and angles with clear kill/scale criteria.
• Manage budgets efficiently across platforms, campaigns, and geos;
  reallocate spend based on performance data.
• Own tracking and measurement: MMP setup and analysis (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch), SKAdNetwork constraints on iOS, event mapping, and attribution windows.
• Report weekly on spend, CPI, activation, trial starts, and payback signals — with insights, not just numbers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on landing pages, store listings (ASO alignment), and post-install funnel improvements.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, creative trends, and new ad formats — and exploit them before competitors do.

Must-Have Experience

• 6–8 years of paid media buying experience, with a strong focus on mobile app install campaigns.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (App Promotion campaigns, AAA/Advantage+, custom and lookalike audiences) and TikTok Ads Manager (App Install objectives, Smart+ campaigns, Spark Ads).
• Proven ability to write ad copy and produce creatives and videos yourself — this is a maker role, not a coordinator role.
• Strong grasp of mobile attribution: MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch), SKAdNetwork/AEM, and privacy-era measurement.
• Demonstrable track record of hitting and beating CPI/CPA targets and scaling winning campaigns profitably.
• Data fluency: comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, making budget decisions from funnel metrics.
• Excellent written English for both ad copy and internal communication.

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing productivity, SaaS, or subscription-based apps (free trial → paid funnels).
• Short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects) and familiarity with AI creative tools (e.G. Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, HeyGen).
• Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads experience.
• Landing page CRO experience and A/B testing tools.
• Experience with subscription analytics (RevenueCat, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Influencer/UGC creator sourcing and briefing experience.
