Role Overview :

As a Senior Python Full Stack Developer based in Bangalore, you will take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex, high-traffic enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Your daily contributions will directly influence the performance, reliability, and user experience of our client platforms, ensuring that our software architecture remains agile and capable of handling significant data loads in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable web applications using Python and Django to ensure high performance and seamless integration with backend services.

- Design and implement responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using React.js to enhance overall platform usability and engagement.

- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity, high availability, and efficient query performance for large-scale datasets.

- Deploy and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services to improve application scalability, security, and deployment automation.

- Collaborate with product managers and design teams to iterate on features, ensuring that technical implementations align with business goals and user needs.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with Python, Django, and React.js, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready code over a career spanning 7 - 14 years.

- Strong proficiency in designing complex database schemas and optimizing PostgreSQL performance for high-concurrency environments.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda, to manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines effectively.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively in a hybrid office environment in Bangalore.

- A proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of navigating ambiguous requirements and delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles and system design.
