CareerUS Solutions LLC is a fast-growing US Staffing and Recruitment firm specializing in IT and Non-IT hiring for Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners. We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for passionate professionals at all experience levels who are eager to build a successful career in US Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, evaluate, and submit candidates based on client requirements.
• Recruit for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, and other professional domains.
• Work with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain candidate relationships.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS and recruitment tools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

• Freshers: Bachelor's degree with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US Staffing.
• Experienced Recruiters: 1–3 years of US Staffing/US Recruitment experience.
• Senior Recruiters: 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end US Staffing, including Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS hiring.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and job portals.
• Knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and staffing process.
• Understanding of US work authorizations, including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and TN Visa (preferred for experienced candidates).
• Experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
