Purchase Executive

Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a B.Tech graduate with 1–4 years of experience in procurement to join our Purchase team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials required for manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Procure raw materials, electrical components, mechanical parts, consumables, and packaging materials.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
  
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
  
• Monitor material availability and ensure timely deliveries.
  
• Identify alternate suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
  
• Maintain procurement records, quotations, and vendor documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.
  
• Prepare purchase MIS and cost analysis reports.
