Job Summary

The Junior Outreach Campus Manager is responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with colleges and educational institutions to enhance the organization's campus presence. The role focuses on conducting outreach activities, organizing seminars and awareness sessions, generating student admissions, and maintaining long-term partnerships through regular campus engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
Identify and establish new campus associations to expand the organization's outreach network.
Plan and conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for students.
Coordinate with college authorities to schedule campus engagement activities and events.
Generate student admissions by effectively promoting the organization's academic programs.
Make regular visits to assigned colleges to strengthen partnerships and ensure continuous engagement.
Follow up consistently with faculty members, placement cells, student coordinators, and prospective students.
Represent the organization professionally during all campus interactions and events.
Maintain records of campus visits, meetings, leads generated, and admissions achieved.
Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns and achieve enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently and visit multiple campuses.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of active campus associations established.
Number of seminars and outreach sessions conducted.
Student leads generated through campus activities.
Admissions converted from campus outreach initiatives.
Frequency and quality of follow-ups with partner institutions.
Expansion of the college outreach network and sustained institutional relationships.
