Procurement Associate

You'll be the human engine behind every transaction on Alvoff.AI. You'll guide buyers through raising quality RFQs, bring new suppliers onto the platform, chase quotations, and drive deals through to completion. When a buyer raises a request, you're the person who makes sure it doesn't just sit there — it turns into a real, closed transaction.

No prior experience needed — we train you fully. We're looking for sharp, organised people who like talking to others, chasing loose ends, and getting things done.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help buyers create clear, complete RFQs so suppliers can quote accurately
• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new suppliers onto the platform
• Follow up with suppliers to secure timely, competitive quotations
• Coordinate between buyers and suppliers to close deals and see transactions through to completion
• Keep platform data clean — supplier details, quotes, and deal status always up to date
• Spot friction in the buying and selling process and flag ideas to improve it

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Smart and quick to learn — comfortable picking up new tools and processes
• Strong communication — clear and confident on calls, email, and chat
• Persistent and organised — you follow up until things are actually done
• Comfortable juggling multiple buyers, suppliers, and deals at once
• A bias for action and genuine ownership over outcomes
• Fluent in English (regional languages a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; freshers welcome

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

• Any exposure to sales, procurement, customer support, or B2B
• Familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet tools
