Role: IBDP English with Extended Essay Coordinator Teacher

Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Experience: Should have work experience in IB curriculum for 2-3 years.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic IBDP English Teacher to join our Senior School faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and intellectually stimulating lessons in IBDP English A: Language & Literature and/or English A: Literature (SL & HL) while fostering critical thinking, creativity, communication, and a lifelong appreciation for literature and language.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in IBDP English A: Language and Literature and/or English A: Literature, aligned with IB standards.
  
• Serve as the Extended Essay Coordinator, providing guidance, supervision, and support to students throughout the research and writing process.
  
• Mentor and coach students in critical thinking, academic writing, and research skills essential for the Extended Essay and broader IB assessments.
  
• Collaborate with the IB coordinator and subject teams to ensure curriculum alignment and consistent implementation of IB pedagogy.
  
• Contribute to professional development, curriculum planning, and school-wide academic initiatives.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Language, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience within the IB curriculum, preferably in a full IBDP setting.
  
• Proven experience in supervising and guiding students through the Extended Essay process.
  
• Strong understanding of IB assessment criteria, curriculum frameworks, and academic standards.
