Job Opening: Voice Coach / Communication Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Voice Coach / Communication Trainer to enhance communication excellence across our voice processes. The ideal candidate will deliver impactful training, coach associates on communication fundamentals, and support business performance through targeted interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Voice & Accent, Communication, Pronunciation, and Soft Skills training
Conduct new hire, foundation, and refresher programs
Provide 1:1 and group coaching to improve clarity, articulation, fluency, and customer communication
Track training performance, maintain reports, and drive learning effectiveness
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to support performance goals
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Training effectiveness scores
Post-training performance improvement
Batch pass rate and certification success
Coaching impact and reduction in communication errors
Stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements
2–7 years of BPO training experience (min. 1 year in Communication Training)
Strong expertise in V&A, Communication, and Soft Skills training
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
