Job Profile / Designation: YouTube & Content Growth Manager

Job Location: Mumbai (Remote- Preference will begiven to Mumbai based candidates only)

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end YouTube content planning, editing, publishing, and optimization.
• Edit long-form videos, podcasts, and create engaging Shorts/Reels.
• Design thumbnails, graphics, and other visual content.
• Optimize content using YouTube SEO and monitor channel performance through analytics.
• Repurpose content across digital platforms and leverage AI tools for content creation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery and audience growth.

Desired Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in YouTube Content Management, Video Editing, or Digital Content.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, video editing, and content strategy.
• Proficient in video editing tools, thumbnail design, and AI-powered content workflows.
• Experience in Health, Wellness, Education, or Lifestyle industry is preferred.
