Job Title : Shift Associate- Technical (Trainee/Jr. Supervisor)

Department : Extruder line Tubing.

Location : Goa

Reports To : Shift supervisor- Technical.

Job Description for Shift Associate- Technical (Trainee/Jr. Supervisor):

- Hands-on knowledge of extrusion processes or related processes is preferred.

- Responsible for maintaining product hygiene and safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality of the product manufactured.

- They should strictly follow laid down instructions, procedures, warnings given by IMS manuals, supervisors, signs, display boards and EHS coordinator.

- They should report any abnormality observed in the QEH&S system.

- Responsible for Process improvement, Machine efficiency & Machine utilization.

- Responsible for quality and quantity of production.

- M/C Operations of extruder lines

· Up-keep /Cleaning of M/Cs.

· Job change over.

· Minor maintenance jobs of machine

· Filling up Extruder Production Form as well as online Quality check reports.

· Checking of required raw material before starting up the M/C as per specification sheet.

- Work safety and Shop floor discipline.

· Responsible for production GMP and discipline.

· Responsible for attending M/C breakdowns.

· Responsible for Machine settings, tool change-over.

Experience & qualifications:

Basic Qualification : Diploma in Mech /Electrical/Electronics/Instt. Engg/ Diploma in Printing Technology.

Experience : 0-3 years

Shift Timing: Rotational (8am-4pm, 4pm-12am,12am-8am)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
