Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and expressive English Teacher to join our academic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over English language, literature, and grammar, combined with the capability to create an interactive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, reading comprehension, and confident public speaking skills among students.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons in accordance with the school curriculum guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/International).
  

  
  

  
  

• Language Skill Development: Design engaging activities to improve students' reading, writing, listening, and spoken English skills.
  

• Assessment & Support: Grade student assignments, conduct periodic tests, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
  

  
  

  
  

• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, vibrant, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
  

  
  

  
  

• Collaboration & Events: Actively participate in parent-teacher meetings, departmental planning, and school events like creative writing or debate clubs.
  

  
  

  
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in English Literature, Linguistics, or a closely related field. A B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification is preferred.
  

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school or educational institution (Freshers with exceptional skills may apply).
  

• Core Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong subject-matter expertise.
  

• Location: Candidates must be based in Gurugram or willing to relocate/commute daily.
