Position description:
We are looking for a SharePoint AMS Support Engineer to manage support maintenance and enhancements for Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint Online MS Purview and Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).The role involves incident resolution service request handling integrations and continuous improvement in an enterprise environment especially in Purview RM and Power PlatformServiceNow integrations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint Online and integrated applications
Resolve issues related to:
oPermissions (internal & external users)
oDocument libraries metadata versioning
oSharePoint lists pages navigation
oOneDrive sync and storage
Handle service requests:
oSite creation access provisioning (Azure AD / guest users)
oData migration (ShareGate or similar tools)
Support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI)
Troubleshoot integrations with systems like ServiceNow Oracle EDRMS etc.
Manage MS Purview Records Management:
oRetention labels & policies
oCompliance and archival issues
Deploy solutions across Dev UAT and Production environments
Implement minor enhancements and automation workflows

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have skills:

SharePoint Online (Modern sites libraries permissions)
Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate)
Microsoft Purview (Records Management basics)
SharePoint administration & troubleshooting
Experience in L2/L3 support model (Incident & Service Requests)
Basic knowledge of integrations (APIs / connectors)
PowerShell scripting (basic)

Good to have skills:
SPFx development (React)
ShareGate or migration tools
Power BI reporting
Azure AD / Entra ID (B2B guest access)
Integration with ServiceNow or similar tools
