Position: Project Manager – SaaS / Software Implementation


Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership. Candidates with hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects
  

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  

• Coordinate with implementation, development, and support teams
  

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients
  

• Translate business needs into actionable project plans
  

• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery
  

• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
  

• Ensure quality control and testing before deployment
  

• Oversee workflow automation, customization, and integrations
  

• Maintain project documentation and reporting
  

• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
  

• Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover
  

• Support pre-sales team with technical insights when required
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• 5–10+ years of proven experience managing technology, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, HRMS, FINANCE, or enterprise software implementation projects.
  

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
  

• Experience managing enterprise application implementation and integration projects.
  

• Familiarity with business process automation, workflow management, and digital transformation initiatives.
