Job Title:india: Supply Chain Coordinator

Department:Supply Chain Management (Business Support Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with external suppliers to resolve invoicing discrepancies.

• Preparing Purchase Orders againstproforma invoicesand following up for internal approvals.

• Reconciling vendor proforma invoices against our supplier contractual agreements.

• Preparing reports to be communicated to internal customers.

• Coordinating between internal departments such aswarehousesRigsand logistics.

Qualification:

• Musthave proficient computer skills.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word MSExceletc.)

• Working knowledge or experience in the accounting and finance domainisa must.

• Oracle/SAP experience is preferred.

Experience:

• 3 years of professional experience.

• 0-2years of experience in Supply Chain management.
