Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
