Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via Email & Chat
• Provide timely and accurate responses
• Resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain professional communication
• Update customer records in system
• Achieve quality & productivity targets

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate
• 6 months – 1+ year experience
• Good written English communication
• Basic computer knowledge
• Typing speed: 25 WPM
