Description

We are seeking a Client Relation Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and enhancing the overall client experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on client feedback and service metrics to management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
