We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, driving results through data analysis and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising with overall marketing goals and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative advertising solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance measurement.
  • Ability to use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and results to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
