Description

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users on hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to networks, servers, and workstations.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and user manuals.
  • Assist in the management of IT inventory and assets.
  • Work closely with other IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
