National Sales Head – Trailer Axle & Suspension Systems Location: Jamshedpur | Full-Time |

Our client is a leading global automotive components manufacturer seeking a high-impact National Sales Head to drive and scale their Trailer Axle & Suspension Systems business across India.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned sales professional who combines deep industry expertise with the ability to build teams, win key accounts, and shape long-term commercial success at a national scale.

What You'll Own

• Define and execute the national sales strategy for trailer axle and suspension systems
• Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and deliver profitability targets
• Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, and trailer manufacturers
• Lead and develop a 10–15 member sales team, including Regional Sales Managers
• Negotiate and close long-term commercial contracts and supply agreements
• Grow the channel and dealer network across key geographies
• Align aftermarket and service strategies to maximize lifecycle value

What You Bring

• 15–22 years of experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, trailer components, or OEM sales
• 5–7 years in a National or Zonal Sales Leadership capacity
• Strong OEM engagement, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• A proven track record of building and scaling high-performance sales teams
