Job description

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Experience: 1+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance using MS Excel.
  • Develop, update, and maintain MIS dashboards to track key business metrics and performance.
  • Maintain petty cash expense records and prepare monthly expense reports for the Accounts department.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase invoice reports for construction site materials and services, and submit them to the Purchase department.
  • Verify vendor invoices through SAP MIRO and maintain monthly invoice reconciliation records.
  • Generate accurate reports and ensure timely submission to management.
  • Maintain data accuracy, organize records, and support cross-functional departments with MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams for data collection and reporting.

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience as an MIS Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Charts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Filters, Advanced Excel shortcuts).
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP MIRO for vendor invoice verification.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.
  • Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
