Job description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a residential high-rise construction project in Kanpur. The role involves leading end-to-end project execution managing consultants and contractors ensuring quality safety and timely delivery and driving project completion as per approved schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of residential high-rise construction projects.
  • Manage project planning execution and site operations.
  • Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal teams.
  • Monitor project timelines quality safety and budgets.
  • Oversee Mivan Shuttering execution and construction activities.
  • Resolve project challenges and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare project progress reports and review project milestones.


Requirements

  • in Civil Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in residential high-rise construction.
  • Must have executed projects of 20 floors or above.
  • Hands-on experience with Mivan formwork technology.
  • Strong experience managing consultants contractors and project schedules.
  • Excellent leadership coordination and decision-making skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

    • Required Skills:

    Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and Advanced Excel. Experience in residential commercial township or high-rise projects. Strong analytical planning and coordination skills.
