Job description

Education: Bachelors in IT / CS/ Engineering

Role: IT Project Manager / Program Manager

Experience:- 12 Years

Establish govern and continuously improve project management standards frameworks tools and governance across the organization.

  • Define and maintain project management methodologies templates policies and SOPs.
  • Standardize project lifecycle management across business units.
  • Maintain enterprise project portfolio dashboard.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value and risk.
  • Track project health dependencies milestones and escalations.
  • Conduct project audits and health checks.
  • Manage PM tools such as Jira MS Project Smartsheet etc.
  • Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Coach project managers on PM methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
  • Partner with leadership PMs business teams IT Finance and Operations.
  • Lead PM maturity assessments and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have Strong understanding of Project Mgt. methodologies and should possess

  • Executive reporting & dashboards
  • Stakeholder management
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Strong communication & leadership skill systems
