We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in digital advertising and a strong understanding of Creative Strategy. The ideal candidate should know how to plan, analyze, and improve ad creatives for better performance across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role is not only about running ads but also about understanding what type of creatives, hooks, captions, visuals, and messaging can drive better clicks, leads, engagement, and conversions. The candidate should be able to work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to create high-performing ad concepts and improve campaign results through creative testing and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy- Develop creative ideas and ad concepts for performance marketing campaigns.
- Performance Marketing- Assist in planning, setting up, and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Content & Ad Copy- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused ad copy.
- Reporting & Analysis- Track daily and weekly campaign performance.
- Coordination & Team Support- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, influencers, and internal teams when required.
