JOB Description:

MUST HAVE:

• 4years of IT experience with 2 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Minimum 2-4 full-lifecycle multi-module SuccessFactors implementations
• Experience on Employee Central Global Benefits
• Employee Central with atleast 2 end to end Time off implementations
• Certifications in SuccessFactors modules is a plus esp. Employee Central
• Manage Corporate and Succession Data Models
• Create & Setup workflows Notifications
• Define new and update Business rules
• Work on event reasons and derivations
• Work on setting custom MDFs and related workflows/rules.
• Data Imports and Exports at Employee and Foundation Data
• Position Management including managing org charts
• Knowledge on Structure and Function of generic and foundation objects
• Managing Role Based Permissions including setting up security and local administrators
• Home page configuration and Permissions
• Knowledge of 3rd party integration with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience on Adhoc and ORD Reports
• Knowledge of design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
• Knowledge of agile software development process
