Workpiece Realignment & Gauging/: Before the cycle begins, check that the part perfectly fits coordinates by using dial test indicators and edge finders to confirm workpiece squareness and surface flatness. Tooling Inventory & ATC Monitoring/: As cutting edges deteriorate, keep an eye on Automatic Tool Changer pockets, make sure the right milling cutters are seated correctly, and safely do manual insert swaps. Precision Dimensional Measurement/: Use digital callipers, vernier height gauges, outer/depth micrometres, and radius indicators to verify tolerances while performing stringent geometric inspection procedures on finished items. Basic Preventive Maintenance/: Check water/-soluble coolant concentration ratios, keep an eye on slide/-way lubrication levels, remove heavy steel or aluminium chips, and clean the machine enclosure every day.
