Bench Sales - Lead / Recruiter / Senior
Experience : Lead - 8-12 Years Senior - 6-8 Years Recruiter - 4-6 Years
Responsibilities:

  • Market and place bench consultants and H-1B transfer candidates through Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing staffing partners.
  • Expand our network by bringing in new vendors and business contacts.
  • Identify new opportunities and connect the right consultants with the right requirements.
  • Manage the complete placement cycle i.e submissions follow-ups interviews and closures.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and consistently achieve assigned daily and weekly KPIs.
  • Work with a team that values ownership relationships and results.
    Requirements:
  • Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales.
  • Experience handling H1B Transfer Consultants
  • Good understanding of vendor management (T1 & Implementation partners) and consultant marketing.
  • Strong communication negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward goals.
