We are seeking a skilled Tender and Procurement professional specializing in Electrical projects to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing procurement processes and preparing tenders, ensuring the successful delivery of electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tenders for electrical projects.
• Evaluate bids and proposals from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms.
• Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to align procurement strategies with project timelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in tendering and procurement in the electrical sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and specifications.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate tenders and supplier capabilities.
