Transport, Billing & Logistics-Assistant Manager for bicycle Company

Job Profile of Billing–Logistics:

1. Coordinate and manage domestic truck auctioning activities and ensure timely allocation of transporters as per dispatch requirements.

2. Monitor and follow up on truck/tempo movement on an end-to-end basis, ensuring timely pickup, transit, and delivery while coordinating with transporters and concerned departments.

3. Creating MIS and records in regard to Bills/Invoice Processing, Gate Pass entries and documents pertaining to drivers and vehicles moving in transit.

4. Prepare, evaluate, verify, and analyze all invoices and bills with packing sheets to ensure accuracy in data and bill preparation, as any ambiguity will lead to penalties and non-compliance, and approve bills related to sales.

5. Ensure the checking of gate passes and hand over the same to the driver before vehicle movement.

6. Coordinate and follow up rigorously with the inventory and loading department to ensure timely dispatch of vehicles from the company premises. Also track, protect, record, report, and evaluate dispatch planning services and inventory within agreed timelines.

7. Ensure accurate and 100% verification of travelling bills of truck attendants for payment as per the route plan.

8. Track and plan the routes of truck attendants on a daily basis.

9. Approve bills for payments to transporters and truck attendants.

10. Prepare the MPRM report monthly.

11. Arrange and maintain records of daily auction plans provided by the sales team.

12. Maintain freight records on a daily basis, station-wise and zone-wise.
