Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Own LinkedIn Ads end-to-end and drive measurable pipeline for B2B enterprise services. This is an execution-heavy role. You have to optimize, report, and coordinate with sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Website Visits, ABM-style campaigns).

● Own campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPL, MQL quality, and SQL conversion.

● Build and test audiences using targeting tactics such as job titles, industries, accounts, and retargeting.

● Coordinate with design and content teams to build ad collaterals using direct inputs from SMEs and Vertical Heads.

● Coordinate daily with the Outbound/Cold Calling team to ensure lead follow-up and meeting setup.

● Update and maintain HubSpot:

○ Upload leads, tag sources, fix data hygiene issues

○ Track MQL → SQL movement

● Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.

● Share weekly performance reports with clear insights (what worked, what didn't, what to change). ● Work closely with content and design teams to brief ads that actually convert.

Must-Have Skills

● 3–5 years of B2B LinkedIn Ads experience (non-negotiable).

● Hands-on HubSpot experience (not just viewing dashboards).

● Strong understanding of enterprise lead quality, not vanity metrics.

● Comfortable working with sales/outbound teams.

● Data-driven, but practical, and should know when to kill bad campaigns fast.

Good to Have

● Exposure to ABM campaigns

● Experience in analytics, AI, SaaS, or enterprise services

● Basic understanding of GA4 and landing page optimization
