We are seeking a skilled Workday UK Payroll Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for UK clients using Workday.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll data.
• Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding their payroll.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management review.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of Workday payroll processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with Workday.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll regulations and taxation.
• Proficient in payroll software and systems, particularly Workday.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
